Terms of Service

Be kind, post only what you have the right to post, and remember that you're responsible for what goes out under your name, even when AI helped write it. You can cancel anytime.

These terms are an agreement between you and Upsoar for the use of Upsoar. By creating an account or using our free tools, you agree to them. If you use Upsoar for a company or client, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on their behalf.

Your account

You must be at least 16 and give accurate information.
Keep your login safe. You're responsible for activity in your workspaces, including by teammates you invite.
Workspace owners and admins control who has access and can remove members.

Your content

You own the content you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide the service to you.
AI-generated suggestions are yours to use. Review them before publishing: AI can make mistakes, and you're responsible for what you post.
Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing, or that breaks the rules of the networks you publish to.

Connected social networks

When you connect an account, you authorize us to act on it as you instruct (publishing scheduled posts and reading their metrics). Each network's own terms still apply, and networks may change or limit their APIs, which can affect features. We aren't responsible for actions the networks take on your accounts.

Plans, payments and credits

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Monthly AI credits reset each billing month and don't roll over. Purchased top-up credits don't expire while your account is open.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes may be added where required.
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable; contact us if something went wrong and we'll do our best to make it right.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no spam, scraping, attempts to break security, reselling access, or automated use of our free tools. We may limit or suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Upsoar reliable, but it's provided “as is” and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every scheduled post will be published (networks sometimes reject posts). To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them; we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the company is registered. We may update them; for material changes we'll notify you in advance, and continuing to use Upsoar means you accept the new terms. Questions? Email privacy@upsoar.app.
