Delete your data

Disconnect a social account

• Open Accounts in Upsoar and choose Disconnect next to the account. Its access tokens are deleted right away.
• You can also revoke access from the network itself, for example Facebook Settings → Apps and websites, Instagram Settings → Apps and websites, or Google Security → Third-party access.

Delete a workspace

Workspace owners can open Settings → Delete workspace. This deletes its brands, posts, media links, connected accounts, review links and Mello chat history.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Delete my account. We delete your profile, sessions and any workspace where you are the only owner, together with everything in it. Workspaces you share with others stay with their other owners. You can download a copy of your data first from the same page.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@upsoar.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
